Please remember that Pueblo PTO is a volunteer organization that manages around $80K per year and challenges sometimes occur. Please contact the PTO Treasurer for any issues or questions. Please make the reimbursement process as easy as possible for the treasurer by 

• adding your amounts properly, 

• having receipts that only have items being reimbursed,

• including receipts.  

ALL REIMBURSEMENTS DUE BY May 22, 2026

If you have a google account, you can upload receipts within the form and will get a record of the results! If not forward your receipts to PTO Treasurer. Note teacher have found doing this form on their phone works if the district computer is not allowing the form.
