2. Contest Period and Platform The contest takes place within the Puddle King mobile application available on the Google Play Store. The specific end date for each contest round is displayed in-game within the "Contest" or "Events" section.
3. Eligibility The contest is strictly open only to registered players with a valid and active email address connected to their in-game account in the Organizer's database. Guest accounts or unregistered players are not eligible to participate or win. Participants under the age of 16 must have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
4. Winner Selection and Verification
The winner will be selected via a random drawing at the end of the contest period.
Each gold pearl earned by a player acts as a single entry (ticket) into the drawing.
Having more pearls increases the probability of being selected, but any player with at least one pearl has a chance to win.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the integrity of the score and pearls. If any player is found using cheats, hacks, scripts, or any unfair methods to manipulate the database, they will be immediately disqualified.
5. Prizes The specific prize(s) for each contest round (such as electronic gift cards, gaming consoles, smartphones, or other merchandise) will be officially displayed in-game within the "Win Prizes" section. Prizes are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable to other users.
6. Prize Delivery The winner will be contacted via the email address used for game registration within 7 days of the contest's conclusion. The prize will be delivered via international courier at the Organizer's expense after the winner's identity and eligibility have been verified.
