Redtail Ridge is a proposed development to be located on the former Storage Tek Site, the last large undeveloped parcel in the City of Louisville.  Brue Baukol Capital Partners purchased the property  on December 11, 2020. They have given up on plans for an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to allow for a 6M square foot residential and commercial development. City Council approved a plan for a 3M square foot commercial and industrial development  in September 2021.  Following a successful citizen  referedum petition submitted in October, City Council chose to let the voters decide whether or not to approve the development plan.   The development plan was denied by the voters in the April 19 special election.

Public input needed to ensure that this property is developed sustainably and consistent with our City's vision.
