I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Macedonia, Greece, and an Honorary Research Fellow at Swansea University, UK.

My research primarily focuses on Applied Macroeconomics and Economic Uncertainty. My work combines empirical and quantitative analysis with questions of current economic and policy relevance, including the transmission and spillover effects of economic policy uncertainty, financial-market dynamics, income inequality, and housing- and labour-market outcomes.

In the past, I was a Lecturer in Economics at Swansea University and held research and teaching positions at the University of Cyprus. I have also gained professional experience at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop).
