Dear 9th-11th Grade Parents,

The PTSO would like to invite you to learn about and volunteer for the All Night Grad Party (ANGP) Committee. The All Night Grad Party (ANGP) is an end of the year celebration for seniors. You might be thinking, “but I don’t have a Senior, so this doesn’t apply to me.”

Historically (aka pre-pandemic) this event is held on the evening of graduation, and is planned by and run by the UNDERCLASS parents! Why? Because not only do the Senior parents have a lot going on (planning their child’s graduation, family in town etc.) but also because… and we know you’ll understand… the Seniors don’t want their own parents hanging around all night at the party!!

As with many things, Covid derailed the ANGP for a couple of years, and along with that, the tradition of underclass parents “Paying it Forward” ended as well. Currently, the ANGP has been tentatively scheduled to take place on the Friday before graduation (May 26, 2023), but could potentially be held on the night of graduation (May 31, 2023), if the planning committee prefers that date. We are asking, with outstretched arms, for underclass parents to volunteer to help plan this event throughout the school year, as many preparations are needed to ensure a successful event for our seniors.
