Tree Climber/Arborist
Responsibilities:
Safely climb trees to perform pruning, trimming, and removal.
Assess tree health and determine the best approach for maintenance or removal.
Operate chainsaws, rigging equipment, and other specialized tools.
Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect crew members and property.
Requirements:
Prior experience in tree climbing or arboriculture preferred.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
Knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper cutting techniques.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Support climbers by managing debris and operating machinery.
Use wood chippers, stump grinders, and other equipment.
Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
Assist in loading and transporting materials.
Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Experience with landscaping or tree care is a plus.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
