The HCPTSA is a 501(c)(3) organization, which means donations are tax deductible. You can make a donation directly to the PTSA at your student's school by choosing the Select-a-School donation option in our memberhub store and specifying the building PTSA that you wish to donate to: https://hamburgptsa.memberhub.com/store/items/347

You can also donate $2 or more to the HCPTSA when you purchase your membership by increasing the amount that you pay.

~~ TIME AND TALENTS ~~

Probably the most popular gift we get is time and talents from our volunteers, which we really appreciate! If you are looking to become more involved, contact the VP at your student's school to see what PTSA activities they may need help with. If you are interested in volunteering in our schools, you will need to contact the building administration at your student's school to receive volunteer training.

HCSD Volunteer Training Information

The district has a process for volunteers to be trained - all volunteers will need to go through this process every year. Individuals who are interested in volunteering must contact their school office and express interest in volunteering. The school office will send parents instructions with a video link that they will have to watch and complete a form. That generated list will be sent before the Board of Ed each month for board approval as volunteers complete the required video training.
