PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION DAY
STEP 1: Check Eligibility and Collection of Yellow Registration Form
Venue: Canteen Area
-Approach the Admission Officers (AO) table and present your documents
-Verify eligibility for admission based on Academic Results and Catchment Area
STEP 2: Subject Consultation and Approval
Venue: Left Wing First Floor Classrooms
-Browse through the subject guide below to have an idea of subjects you wish to take for A-Levels
STEP 2A:
Attend ALL subject consultations to get HODs signature.
After verification by AO, approach each subject booth to get to know more about the subject or to confirm your subjects if you are already sure.
The HOD's will have a say in whether you are eligible to take the subject depending on your O-Level results.
STEP 2B: You can also decide to see one of the careers advisors on duty to ensure that your subject combination is correct or suitable for your intended higher education route or career pathway if you are unsure.
STEP 3: Bantuan, Counselling, Bus Transportation
Venue: Left Wing First Floor Classrooms
If you need any welfare (Bantuan) or counselling assistance, please approach the welfare (Bantuan) or counselling desk.
For students from Kg RIMBA, you are eligible for bus transportation. If you wish to apply, please approach the Welfare desk.
STEP 4: After you have received approval from the HOD's of each of your chosen subject, please go back to your former school to get the Yellow form stamped and signed by the Principal.
STEP 5: Return of Completed Yellow Form
Venue: Canteen Area
Upon completion of the Yellow form, return to PTEM and approach Chief Admission Officers' (CAO) table for final approval to entry to sixth form and receive your Offer Letter.
Note: Return of Yellow forms starts from Monday 03/02/2025 until Wednesday 05/02/2025 (8.00am - 1.30pm)
STEP 6: Sale of School Materials
Venue: 1st Floor, FF-C26 & Finance Section
You may now purchase your School Materials at the 1st floor.
Pelajar Lelaki: $65 - $70
Pelajar Perempuan: $63 - $68
Note: Sale of school material starts from Monday 03/02/2025 until Wednesday 05/02/2025 (8.00am - 1.30pm)
Orientation starts Tuesday 25/02/2025 - Thursday 27/02/2025
