To apply for 'Surat Pengesahan':
Visit the Registration Section and inquire for application of Surat Pengesahan
You'll be asked to fill a Surat Pengesahan Log Book and will be given a form which will need you to give reason for your application.
Your Surat Pengesahan should be ready within 1-2 working days and ready for collection at the General office (office next to the security post at the lobby).
