This Privacy Policy describes how PTE Team ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application FocusFlow: Habit & Timer (the "App") available on the Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect or store any personal information that directly identifies you (such as your real name or address). However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
A. Information collected automatically:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and screen resolution.
Identifiers: Advertising ID (GAID) used by Google AdMob for ad serving.
App Data: Focus session history, habit completion records, timer settings, and daily goal configurations. This data is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to our servers.
Crash Logs: Data related to app crashes and performance issues, collected via Google Play Console.
B. Financial Information:
If you purchase a Pro subscription (monthly 4.99/month or yearly 29.99/year) in the App, your transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not store your credit card or payment details. We only receive a transaction receipt to validate your subscription status.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
App Functionality: To save your focus sessions, habits, and settings locally on your device.
Improvements: To analyze app performance and fix bugs or crashes.
Advertising: To display relevant ads through Google AdMob (free users only). Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience.
Subscription Validation: To verify Pro subscription status via Google Play Billing.
Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
1. Google AdMob (Advertising) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device Settings > Privacy > Ads.

2. Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases) Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. Google Gemini AI (AI Insights Feature) When you use the AI Insights feature, anonymized productivity data (focus session counts, habit completion rates) is sent to Google Gemini API to generate personalized recommendations. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California (US), you have the following rights regarding your data:
Access & Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at greene.pte@gmail.com.
Local Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all habit records and focus session history stored locally on your device.
Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings or manage your ad consent preferences via the in-app Consent Form (powered by Google UMP) available under Settings > Manage Ad Preferences.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at greene.pte@gmail.com.
In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policy, users can request their data be deleted.

We will process your request within 30 days.
Note: Since all habit and timer data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App is the fastest way to delete all local data. For advertising data managed by Google AdMob, please reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
