EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THIS EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

On behalf of the coordinators and sponsors of the BTS & PT ARMY FESTA cup sleeve celebration, I would like to apologize that we have to postpone the event. As we’ve always preached, ARMY safety is our utmost priority. We thought long and hard about the current Covid-19 restrictions in place, the potential extension of the restrictions, and the risks to all participants. Ultimately, we decided that it was best to postpone this event until we have more freedom to travel and enjoy each other’s company, in the safest way possible. This is a postponement and not a cancelation, so please know that we will work to make an even bigger, better, more exciting, and safer event for all just as soon as it is safe to reschedule. We will reserve all the cup sleeves and certain giveaways for the next in-person event.

However, we are pleased to announce that we are going to do online events from July 1 until July 9 (ARMY birthday) open to ALL PT ARMY! The mupi is still scheduled to be installed at the Cascais Train Station roundabout beginning on July 1st. Please visit if you are able! There will also be a special prize lotteries/giveaways specifically for the online event! For more information, please click HERE.

GET IT, LET IT, ROLL!

Estamos muito entusiasmados por comemorar o aniversário dos BTS & ARMY (FESTA). A segurança é a nossa prioridade número um. Este evento é realizado seguindo as diretrizes de distanciamento social para garantir a saúde e a segurança de todos os participantes e do público em geral. Ajude-nos a tornar este evento bem-sucedido usando máscara, higienizando as mãos, mantendo distância social e não chegando mais do que 5 minutos antes do horário escolhido.

ANTES DO EVENTO

1) Dê uma olhada no link do menu. Selecione o seu pedido. Deve pré-encomendar uma bebida para participar e receber os presentes do evento. Há uma secção no formulário onde deverá inserir o seu pedido.

2) Deve preencher o formulário online e inscrever-se no evento individualmente. Por favor não se inscreva pelos seus amigos. Inscreva-se apenas se tiver 100% de certeza de que estará presente. Deve escolher um horário e concordar em seguir as regras e procedimentos Covid-19. Só se pode inscrever uma vez por dia. O DIA DO EVENTO

1) Chegue ao local não mais do que 5 minutos antes do horário programado, mas não se atrase! Não podemos estender o seu tempo se chegar atrasado.

2) Será permitido entrar no café para levantar e pagar o seu pedido. Certifique-se que recebe o recibo.

3) Traga o seu recibo aos coordenadores e eles irão entregar-lhe os seus presentes do "BTS & ARMY ANNIVERSARY"!

4) Poderá tirar fotos das decorações, na Zona de Fotos, etc..., até que o seu tempo acabe. Poderá tirar as fotos que quiser durante o seu intervalo de tempo, mas por favor não toque em nenhuma das decorações. (30 minutos para cada intervalo de tempo) Consulte a página "Event Activities" para obter mais informações.

Os coordenadores do evento estão lá para mantê-lo seguro e para garantir que todos tenham momentos agradáveis neste evento. Por favor, certifique-se de ouvir as suas orientações.

ENGLISH:

We are so excited to celebrate BTS & ARMYs Anniversary (FESTA) in Cascais, Portugal with a cup-sleeve event! First and foremost, safety is our number one priority. This event is being held by following social distancing guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all participants and the general public. Please help us make this event successful by wearing a mask, sanitizing your hands, keeping your distance, and not arriving more than 5 minutes before your chosen time slot.

BEFORE THE EVENT

1) Take a look at the menu link. Select your order and make a note of it. You must pre-order a drink to participate and receive the event gifts. There is a section on the form where you can enter your drink order.

2) You must use the online form and sign up for the event individually. Please do not sign up for your friends. Only sign-up if you are 100% sure you will be attending. You must choose a time slot and agree to follow Covid-19 rules and procedures. You can only sign up for 1-time slot per day. To access the form, see the "RSVP" section on this page.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT

1) Please arrive at the venue no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot, but don’t be late! We cannot extend your time if you arrive late.

2) You will be let into the cafe to collect and pay for your drink order. Please make sure you receive a receipt.

3) Bring your receipt to the coordinators and they will give you your BTS & ARMY ANNIVERSARY gifts!

4) You are free to take pictures of the displays and at the Photo Zone, etc., until your time is up. You may take as many pictures within your time slot but please do not touch any of the displays. (30 minutes for each time slot) See the "Event Activities" page for more information.

The event coordinators are there to keep you safe and to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time at this event. Please make sure that you listen to their guidance.
