Depression and Anxiety - Meditate, Herbs or Meditation?
What is the most effective treatment to treat anxiety, depression and related nerve problems? There is a myriad of medications available today that claim to alleviate anxiety, depression and related issues. It is essential to be cautious not to ignore any medical issue that could be the cause of emotional issues in the first instance. It is equally crucial to ensure that one isn't prone to eating unhealthy food, and that the food is healthy, rich in antioxidants raw fruits and vegetables as well as superfoods that are healthy like chlorella, pumpkin seeds, bee pollen, sauerkraut that is raw and kefir as well as Goji fruit.
