•  Projective Test for SSB: Designed, Administered, assessed, and evaluated core projective tests for defence aspirants, including the Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT), Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Word Association Test (WAT), and Situation Reaction Test (SRT).  

• Designed SSB stage 1 and stage 2 assessment sheets.

•  Intelligence Assessments: Conducted extensive verbal and non-verbal intelligence testing using industry-standard tools such as WAIS, WISC, Raven’s Progressive Matrices, MISC, and Armed Forces Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests.  

• Experienced in objective personality test and also in interest inventories.
