“I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the starting point to have a successful treatment. I treat my cts as a whole, and I treat them with a non-judgmental approach in a safe environment. I use an integrative approach to meet my cts where they are, and help them to become a healthier version on themselves. I have a passion to help others to overcome emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, and in the process I become their partner until they heal and meet their goals”.
