The grade you earn in this course will be determined by you in consultation with Dr. Blackhart.
At the end of the semester, you will submit a reflective statement outlining how you believe you performed in the course and the letter grade you believe you earned based on how well you achieved the course learning objectives, your participation in course discussion through discussion questions and leading and participating in class discussions, and your performance on the assignments. Your reflection should include an honest assessment of your performance, including what you think you did well and potential areas for improvement. This statement should be submitted to the drop box no later than 11:59pm on Friday, December 6th.
You will then schedule a time to meet with Dr. Blackhart during finals week to discuss your reflection and the grade you believe you earned. That discussion will help determine your final grade for the course. Meetings will be scheduled using Microsoft Bookings; a link will be provided in the D2L site for the course.
