The meeting will take place in-person at All Souls College in Oxford. Remote participation will be possible for those who otherwise cannot attend in person.

All Souls College, founded in 1438, is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford. It is located in the city centre, next to the world-famous Radcliffe Square. The main workshop sessions will take place in the Wharton Room. Coffee/tea and buffet lunches, as well as the conference dinner, will be served in the Hall.

Remember that travelling to UK requires a valid passport since ID cards are refused.
The main entrance to the college is located on the High Street, next to Catte Street (see this map on the University's website).
One of the easiest ways to travel to Oxford is either via trains or buses from London departures (~1 hour travel).
With flights:
1) Landing to Heathrow terminal 2 in London ("Airline" Bus direction Oxford)
2) Landing to Heathrow terminal 5 in London usually with "British Airways" flights ("Airline" Bus direction Oxford)
3) Landing to Gatwick in London ("Airline" Bus direction Oxford)
4) Landing to Stansted in London city centre (Train)
The "Airline" bus ticket is 35£ (including fixed return date) and offers a 1 hour and half connection between Oxford and London airports (terminal T2 and T5) or 2 hours connection between Oxford and Gatwick London airport. The bus services are running 24h/24h every day of the week with a bus every 30min. Tickets can be booked directly with the driver, but it is recommended to book them online since places are limited per bus.
