fund requests

How East/West Elementary School Staff may request funds:

• Fill out attached form and submit to psst.waukon@gmail.com one week in advance of our meeting on the second Monday of each month.
• Attend the first 15 minutes of the monthly meeting to present your idea and answer any questions.
• A decision on whether the PSST group can financially assist with the activity or purchase of supplies will be made at the monthly meeting. The teacher or staff member(s) will be contacted via email or phone within the week following the monthly meeting.
