WAUKON PSST

The Parents Supporting Students and Teachers (PSST) group was formed by parents of children who attend the West and East Elementary Schools of Allamakee Commmunity School District in Waukon, Iowa.

The group has two main goals. First, the group wants to provide fun activities for the families of children who attend West and East Elementary, in order to build close relationships among the children and families of the community. Second, the group wants to support all of the teachers and staff who work at the elementary schools. One of the ways the group is showing support to the teachers is by providing financial support for certain activities and supplies.
