The meeting will take place at the Business School South in the Amphitheatre 25 (A25). You can enter the building both from the north side.
There are many bus lines stopping at Jubilee campus. Here are a few stops and lines:
Kennington Road: 28, 30 and two
Hillside: 34, 35, 36, indigo and i4
All of the bus companies support contactless payments.
By plane
From East Midlands Airport (EMA): It is the closest airport to Nottingham, but it is small. There are a couple of bus lines, called Skylink, running to and from the city centre 24/7. Uber and Bolt are also options.
From Birmingham Airport (BHX): This airport has good connections with major European cities, and Nottingham is 1 hour 45 mins away by train.
From London Airports: Landing at one of the London airports (preferably Luton or Stansted) and taking the train to Nottingham is often the cheapest option (travel times vary from 1 hour 45 min to 3 hours).
By train
To plan your travel by train in the UK, we recommend using Trainline.
By bus
The main coach companies travelling to and from Nottingham are Flixbus and NationalExpress.
The closest hotel to the venue is on Jubilee campus: The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences.
There are also a couple of options in Castle Marina (25 minutes away from the Exchange Building on foot): Holiday Inn Nottingham and Premier Inn Nottingham Castle Marina.
