1. 게임 데이터

현재 복원 버전의 게임 진행 상황과 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 로컬 저장 내용이 사라질 수 있습니다. 운영체제의 백업 설정은 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다.

2. 광고 데이터

앱은 Google AdMob 미디에이션과 Unity Ads로 선택형 보상 광고를 제공합니다. 광고 SDK는 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정), 광고·기기 및 사용자 식별자, 구매 내역, 앱·광고 상호작용 및 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적은 광고 제공과 측정, 허용된 개인화, 부정행위 방지 및 안정성입니다. 실제 처리는 기기 설정, 동의 상태 및 제공업체에 따라 달라집니다.

3. 동의와 선택

필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 동의 안내를 표시합니다. 제공되는 경우 앱의 “Ad privacy options”에서 선택을 변경하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서도 광고 개인정보 보호 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다. 보상 광고는 선택 사항이며 정해진 시청 조건을 충족해야 보상이 지급됩니다.

4. 제공업체와 보유

Google, Unity 및 광고 서비스 파트너가 각자의 방침에 따라 데이터를 처리하며, 거주 국가 밖에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공업체의 보유 기간과 삭제 절차는 아래 링크를 확인하세요. 개발사에 보낸 문의 내용과 연락처는 응대 및 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 처리합니다.

5. 권리와 아동

적용 법률에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·동의 철회 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 개발사가 처리하는 정보는 아래 이메일로, 광고 제공업체가 직접 처리하는 정보는 해당 업체의 개인정보 보호 절차를 통해 요청하세요. 이 앱은 아동을 주된 대상으로 설계하지 않았습니다. 아동이 개발사에 개인정보를 제공했다고 생각되는 경우 연락해 주세요.

6. 인앱결제

결제는 Google Play에서 처리합니다. 앱은 상품 ID, 구매 상태, 영수증 및 구매 토큰을 받아 구매 검증, 상품 지급과 구매 복원에 사용합니다. 중복 지급 방지를 위한 구매 식별값은 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발사는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 앱으로 받지 않습니다. 소비성 상품과 게임 진행은 로컬 저장 방식이므로 앱 데이터 삭제 시 복원되지 않을 수 있습니다. 비소비성 스폰서는 같은 Google Play 계정에서 구매 복원을 지원합니다. Google의 결제 데이터 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. Google Play Games

Google Play Games 연결 시 게이머 ID, 표시 이름/프로필 및 업적 진행 정보가 게임 서비스 제공을 위해 처리될 수 있습니다. SDK는 서비스 안정성을 위한 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 게임 진행 상황 자체는 기기에 저장되며, Play Games 연결이 게임 진행의 클라우드 백업을 뜻하지 않습니다. Play Games 프로필/게임 데이터 삭제는 Google의 계정 및 Play Games 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

8. 데이터 삭제 요청 및 방법

개발사 자체 계정 생성 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. Google 계정 전체를 삭제하지 않고도 아래 방법으로 해당 데이터를 관리할 수 있습니다.

• 기기 내 진행 상황·설정·구매 지급 기록: Android 설정 → 앱 → PIT STOP RACING : MANAGER → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 이용하세요. 이 작업으로 로컬 진행과 소비성 아이템을 잃을 수 있습니다. 개발사 서버에 진행 백업은 없습니다.

• Play Games 업적·프로필: https://play.google.com/games/profile → 내 데이터 → Play 게임 계정 및 데이터 삭제 → 개별 게임 데이터 삭제에서 이 게임을 선택하세요. Google 계정 전체를 삭제할 필요는 없습니다. Google 안내: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646

• 개발사에 제공한 문의 내용·연락처: gabangmancs@gmail.com으로 제목 ‘PSR 데이터 삭제 요청’과 삭제를 원하는 정보의 종류를 보내 주세요. 요청 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 요청하며 비밀번호나 카드 번호는 보내지 마세요. 개발사가 보유한 해당 정보는 삭제 요청을 확인·처리한 후 삭제합니다. 법률에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 법정 기간 동안만 보유합니다. 일반 문의 자료는 응대 및 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보유합니다.

• 광고 서비스의 식별자·상호작용·진단 데이터와 Google의 결제 기록: Google 및 Unity가 직접 보유한 데이터는 위 제공업체 개인정보처리방침의 삭제 절차를 이용하세요. 제공업체의 법적 보존 및 부정행위 방지 의무에 따라 일부 기록이 보존될 수 있으며, 그 기간은 해당 제공업체 방침에 따릅니다. Android 광고 ID 재설정·삭제만으로 제공업체의 기존 기록이 모두 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.

1. Game data

Game progress and settings in the current restored version are saved on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local saves. Operating-system backup settings may apply separately.

2. Advertising data

The app uses Google AdMob mediation and Unity Ads for optional rewarded ads. SDKs may process IP addresses (general location), advertising/device and user identifiers, purchase history, app/ad interactions and diagnostic/performance information for delivery, measurement, permitted personalization, fraud prevention and reliability. Processing depends on settings, consent and the provider.

3. Consent and choices

Where required, a consent message appears before ads are requested. When available, use “Ad privacy options” to change choices or withdraw consent. Android also provides ad privacy settings. Rewarded ads are optional and rewards require completion of the stated viewing conditions.

4. Providers and retention

Google, Unity and their advertising partners process data under their policies, possibly outside your country. See the links below for retention and deletion practices. Support messages and contact details sent to the developer are handled as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations.

5. Rights and children

Applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal rights. Contact us about developer-held information; use each provider’s privacy process for information it handles directly. The app is not designed primarily for children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information to us.

6. In-app purchases

Google Play processes payments. The app receives product IDs, purchase status, receipts and purchase tokens to validate purchases, deliver items and restore ownership. Purchase identifiers used to prevent duplicate delivery are stored on your device. The developer does not receive card numbers or payment-method details through the app. Consumable items and progress are saved locally and may not be recoverable after app data is deleted. Non-consumable sponsors support restoration with the same Google Play account. Google handles payment data under its privacy policy.

7. Google Play Games

When connected to Google Play Games, gamer identifiers, display/profile information and achievement progress may be processed to provide game services. The SDK may process diagnostic information for service reliability. Game progress is stored on the device; connecting Play Games does not imply cloud backup of game progress. Manage Play Games profile/game data deletion through Google's account and Play Games settings.

8. Data deletion requests and instructions

The app does not create developer-hosted accounts. You can manage the following data without deleting your entire Google account.

• Local progress, settings and item-delivery records: Android Settings → Apps → PIT STOP RACING : MANAGER → Storage → Clear data. This may permanently remove local progress and consumable items. The developer does not host a progress backup.

• Play Games achievements/profile: Visit https://play.google.com/games/profile → Your Data → Delete Play Games Account & Data → Delete individual game data, and select this game. • Support messages/contact details held by the developer: Email gabangmancs@gmail.com with the subject “PSR data deletion request” and specify the information to delete. We request only the minimum information needed to verify the request; do not send passwords or card numbers. We delete the relevant developer-held information after verifying and processing the request. Information subject to a legal retention obligation is retained only for the applicable legally required period. Ordinary support records are retained as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations.

• Advertising identifiers, interaction/diagnostic data and Google payment records held directly by providers: Use the Google and Unity deletion procedures in the privacy policies linked above. Some records may be retained for legal obligations or fraud prevention under each provider's retention policy. Resetting or deleting an Android advertising ID does not itself delete all previously held provider records.
