Important Candidate Information 

Thank you for choosing Placement Services Ranchi (PSPL Ranchi) for career support and recruitment assistance services.

Before completing registration, all candidates are requested to carefully read and understand our registration fee policy.

The registration fee charged by Placement Services Ranchi is a service charge for providing career support and recruitment assistance services. 

Non-Refundable Fee Terms 

All registration fees, membership charges, subscription plans, and career service fees paid to Placement Services Ranchi (PSPL Ranchi) are strictly non-refundable.

Once registration is completed and the service process has started, the paid amount cannot be:

Candidate Agreement 

Before making payment, candidates are responsible for understanding:

• Selected service plan
• Registration process
• Service benefits
• Terms & Conditions
• Fee policy

By completing registration, candidates confirm that they have voluntarily selected the service and accepted the non-refundable registration policy.

Placement Service Charge

Placement Services Ranchi (PSPL Ranchi) provides recruitment assistance, career guidance, interview coordination, and placement support to candidates.

If a candidate is successfully selected and joins a company through the placement support provided by PSPL Ranchi, the candidate agrees to pay a one-time Placement Service Charge equal to 50% of the first month's gross salary.

Payment Terms

• The Placement Service Charge becomes payable only after the candidate has joined the company and received the first month's salary. 

• The service charge must be paid within 30 days of receiving the first month's salary, unless a different written agreement has been made with PSPL Ranchi. 

• Payment must be made only through the official payment methods provided by Placement Services Ranchi. 

Candidate Responsibilities

The candidate agrees to:

• Inform PSPL Ranchi immediately after receiving an offer letter.

• Inform PSPL Ranchi on the date of joining.

• Inform PSPL Ranchi after receiving the first month's salary.

• Cooperate with the team for completion of the placement process.

Failure to Inform 

If a candidate joins a company introduced or referred by PSPL Ranchi and does not inform the company or PSPL Ranchi about the joining, it will be treated as a violation of this agreement.

PSPL Ranchi reserves the right to verify joining details with the employer for administrative and billing purposes, where appropriate.

No Placement – No Placement Service Charge 

If the candidate is not successfully placed through PSPL Ranchi, no Placement Service Charge under this policy will be payable.

Separate Registration Fee 

The registration fee and the Placement Service Charge are separate.

• The registration fee is charged for registration and career support services.

• The Placement Service Charge is payable only after successful placement and receipt of the candidate's first month's salary.

Policy Updates 

Placement Services Ranchi may update this policy from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply to future placements.
