Thank you for your support!
Does volunteering with PTO count towards PSPA’s ten-hour expectation? Yes!
Do I need a Key Fob and how do I get one? Yes, volunteers can use a key fob to check in and out of the front office during school hours – this is so much more convenient than searching for your driver’s license and checking in manually! Key fobs also keep track of your in-school volunteer hours. Please contact Mrs. Coomer at ecoomer@pinespringsprep.org if you have any questions regarding key fobs:
Order using PSPA’s eFunds. A link is provided on PSPA’s website under Parent Resources.
The cost is $4.00 for checking accounts. A service charge of $2.65 applies to credit cards.
Volunteers must have a Background check on file (in process or already completed) before ordering.
A student number is required to set up an eFunds account. (Note – the student number is the same at the PowerSchool number).
Key fobs are good for the duration of your stay at Pine Springs; however, background checks must be completed annually.
Background Check Reminder - Are you a new Pioneer Family? Current Pioneers, is your background check expiring soon? Remember, your background check must be current each school year! This is required by PSPA when volunteering on campus with our students (see full school policy and Parent/Student Handbook on the school website). Visit the Secure Volunteer website today to complete yours now.
