SungHoon Lim, Ph.D.
SungHoon joined Jeonbuk National University in Fall 2024. Before this, he received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2018 and 2022, respectively. He then served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Yonsei University, from 2022 to 2024, and at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, in 2024.
His research interest includes power system operation, wind power control, frequency stability, inertia control, estimation, droop optimization, and restoration process.
