By accessing or using the studio’s games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the studio’s games.
For the purposes of these Terms, “PSGV Studios,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PSGV Studios, the developer and operator of the studio’s games.
By using the studio’s games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates. PSGV Studios may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the studio’s games constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the studio’s games. By using the studio’s games, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
PSGV Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or harm other players
Use cheats, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the studio’s games
Engage in illegal activities via the studio’s games
PSGV Studios may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.
All in-game purchases in the studio’s games are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
PSGV Studios reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items without compensation or prior notice.
Discontinuation of Service:
PSGV Studios may, at its sole discretion, discontinue or shut down the studio’s games or any part of the service at any time. Players may not be entitled to refunds for any purchases made. Furthermore, purchases, virtual items, or content from the studio’s games may not carry over to, or be granted in, any future remakes, sequels, or related games.
The rights granted to you under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions. You shall not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or otherwise transmit the studio’s games or any part of them, except through official channels explicitly authorized by PSGV Studios (e.g., Meta platforms)
License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, publish, host, exploit, or otherwise make the studio’s games available to any third party
Modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works, or make improvements to the studio’s games
Disassemble, decode, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access source code or assets
Access the studio’s games to develop a competing or similar product, game, or service
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any intellectual property notices
Bypass or interfere with any security or protection systems
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials in the studio’s games are owned by PSGV Studios or its licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without express written permission.
The studio’s games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
PSGV Studios is not liable for any damages, including lost profits, data loss, or other consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the studio’s games.
Updates, modifications, or discontinuation of features may occur without notice.
PSGV Studios may suspend or terminate your access to the studio’s games at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason. Termination does not obligate PSGV Studios to provide refunds or grant access to purchased items in future versions of the studio’s games.
PSGV Studios respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws and platform requirements.
The studio’s games may collect limited user data necessary to operate the service, including platform-provided user identifiers, in-game usernames, gameplay data, and moderation or enforcement records. PSGV Studios does not sell user data.
All users, regardless of region, may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

No fee is required to request or process data deletion.
Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. Any retained data will be limited to what is strictly necessary.
Data deletion may result in permanent loss of access to the studio’s games, including account progress, virtual items, and purchases. Deleted data cannot be restored.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
