It's cozy season, and many of us are spending more time at home and looking for easy, economical meal ideas after the busy holiday season. Chef Nina Fattahi has perfected the art of using an entire chicken to the very last piece. She regularly purchases delicious Snowdance whole chickens and dedicates about an hour to butcher them for freezer storage for multiple meals later. This is a very economical way to make a variety of different meals from whole chickens - wings, marinated and grilled breasts, braised thighs and legs, broth from the carcass, and a delicious chicken salad from the stewed remnants. Every part of the chicken gets used and nothing gets wasted!
