ANGELO FASCE

I'm a Research Fellow at the University of Coimbra, Portugal (project JITSUVAX, European Commission). I hold a Master's degree in Neuroscience and a PhD in Logic and Philosophy of Science (University of Valencia), with a doctoral dissertation on the demarcation problem and the psychometrics of pseudoscientific beliefs. My current line of research focuses on the socio-political dynamics involved in the epidemiology of anti-scientific conceptions.

JESÚS ADRIÁN-VENTURA

I'm Assistant Professor at University of Zaragoza, Spain. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Jaume I University and a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from University of Valencia. Later, I obtained my PhD in Psychology with a dissertation on the neural basis of personality traits. My research is focused on individual differences in psychological constructs related to anti-scientific conceptions and their socio-cognitive basis. 

DIEGO AVENDAÑO

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (University of Pamplona, Colombia) and a Master's degree in Social Policy (University of Pécs, Hungary). I am currently a doctoral researcher at KU Leuven (Belgium). My line of research focuses on political ideology, morals, authoritarianism and the social dynamics of unwarranted beliefs.

LAUREANO BRISUELA BLUME

I'm a student of the last year of the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the National University of Mar del Plata (Argentina) and teaching assistant in the courses on general epistemology and epistemology of psychology. Previously, I worked on history and philosophy of psychology.

PIERO GAYOZZO

I'm an undergraduate student in Political Science at the National University of San Marcos, Peru. I’m a columnist at Pensar, a journal of philosophy and critical thinking published by the Center for Inquiry, New York. My current line of research focuses on far-right politics, fascism studies, Fourth Industrial Revolution politics and human enhancement.

VÍCTOR GARCÍA-BELAÚNDE

I’m a Research Fellow at the University San Ignacio de Loyola, Peru. I hold a Master's degree in Professional and Applied Ethics (National University of Australia) and a Master’s degree in History of Philosophy (National University of San Marcos). I’m a philosophy and science communicator. My current line of research focuses on bioethics and the development of psychometric tools to promote scientific and critical thinking.

ANGEL SÁNCHEZ ZAVALA

I'm an undergraduate student of the degree in Psychology at the Technological Institute of Sonora, México. My line of research focuses on unwarranted beliefs and environmental psychology.

JUAN PAULO DÍAZ

Physician and surgeon graduated from Industrial University of Santander, Colombia, with experience as auxiliary teacher in the fields of pharmacology and biochemistry.  I have previously worked as chief assistant at the Medical Education Office. Currently I am working on the fields of political ideology, intergroup processes and medical education.

AMAURI MARTÍNEZ

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) and two master's degrees, one in Education and Teaching and another in Administration of Educational Institutions, both from Universidad Tecnológica Latinoamericana en Línea (UTEL).  I am currently studying a PhD in Education from the same institution. I currently work as a teacher at UTEL and at Universidad Virtual Educanet de México (UVE).

JOSÉ EDUARDO ROSALES

I’m Professor at the University of Lima, Peru. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from National University of San Marcos, Peru. I hold a Master's degree in Education. My current line of research focuses on epistemology, critical thinking and pseudosciences.

J. FRANCISCO SANTIBÁÑEZ PALMA

Bachelor's and Licentiate in Psychology from the University of Tarapacá, Chile, with experience in research methodology and teaching in various areas of psychology. Engaged in projects on sexual behaviour, environmental stressors, suicide, schizophrenia, critical thinking development, among other topics, and collaborated in community outreach and engagement activities. Interested in social, translational, and developmental neuroscience in contexts of vulnerability and chronic stress, as well as lifespan psychopathology.

EDWAR ARANGO

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Education and Pedagogy from the Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina in Colombia. I am currently part of the Latin American Association of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (ALTOC) participating in research and clinical training groups at the institution.
