Invited speakers & faculty: INR 10000/-
Postdocs & PhD students: INR 7000/-
(The registration fee includes 18% GST, accommodation charges, and local hospitality for the entire conference duration)

PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE
There would be no on-site registration.
To pay the registration fee, please follow the following steps
STEP II
a)Select “Maharashtra” and “Educational Institutions” from the drop down menu
b) Click “Go”
STEP III
a)Select “Indian Institute of Science Education and Research” from the drop down menu
b) Click “Submit”
STEP IV
a) Select “PSCES 2023 Faculty” or “PSCES 2023 Student/Post Doc” as appropriate
b) Please fill in all the necessary details, and proceed with the payment
Accommodation
All the participants will be accommodated in the IISER Pune guesthouse-cum-convention centre, which has been recently renovated. The accommodation charges are included in the registration fee. Students and postdocs will be provided accommodation on shared basis (two occupants per room). All the rooms at IISER Pune guesthouse are fully furnished with attached bath (with hot water), balcony with clear views, tea/coffee making facilities, telephone and internet access.
Travel Support
All the PhD students/ post-docs who present posters at PSCES 2023 would be eligible for (atleast partial) travel support. Participants who wish to apply for this financial assistance are requested to write to the organisers at : psces2023@acads.iiserpune.ac.in with "Travel Support" in the subject line before 03-03-23.
Partial or full reimbursement of their travel costs (as per SERB-DST norms) would be done after they submit their TA forms during the conference.
