Chandigarh Airport is just 9 km from the IISER Mohali and has connections with most major airports. From the airport, one can take a pre-paid taxi, or an Ola or Uber.
Rail
Chandigarh is well connected to New Delhi (Shatabadi, Jan-Shatabadi, Vande Bharat are the preferred trains one should take due to their reliability). The Chandigarh railway station is 14km away from IISER Mohali.
Road
Chandigarh can also be reached by road on public transport or in private vehicles from Himachal, Haryana, and Delhi.
