This privacy policy applies to the English Lecturer Prep app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Zeeshan Ali Jhatial (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider").
The Application is designed to provide educational quizzes and community preparation features. To facilitate user authentication, real-time community chat features, and to fund development through advertising, the Application collects personal information and utilizes third-party SDKs that process your data.
When you log in or use the interactive community features within the Application, we collect and store the following Personal Identifiable Information (PII) securely via Google Firebase/Firestore:
Name & Email Address: Collected via Google Sign-In or manual authentication to securely manage your account and establish user identity.
Profile Picture: Automatically pulled via your Google Account to identify your profile within the system.
User-Generated Content: Any text messages, queries, or chat entries you post inside the community chat module are stored on our secure cloud servers to display them to other group participants.
The Application partners with third-party networks to display ads and track analytics. These networks automatically collect device-specific identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID and Apple IDFA), IP addresses, and app usage performance metrics:

In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store developer policies, users retain complete control over their accounts and data:
How to delete: You can request the permanent removal of your account directly through the settings menu inside the Application, or by emailing us at jhatiyalxeetioan@gmail.com.
What gets wiped: Upon receiving an account deletion request, your authentication record, user profile details, and account metadata will be permanently deleted from our Firebase servers within 7 business days.
In accordance with global app store safety disclosures, the Application explicitly shares:
Identifiers: Your Device/Advertising ID is shared with AdMob, Meta, and AppLovin for marketing and frequency capping.
Personal Info: Your email and name are securely transferred to Firebase for account management (never sold or shared with external third-party advertisers).
Users can completely opt out of personalized tracking or targeted ads at any time by navigating to their mobile operating system settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android or Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS) and resetting or disabling their Advertising Identifiers.
The Application is structured for adult students and professional educators preparing for competitive examinations. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider utilizes industry-standard cloud security practices via Google Cloud infrastructure to protect your authentication profiles, while your ongoing local quiz progress continues to remain safely cached on your personal hardware layout.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to remain compliant with evolving store policies. Continued usage of the Application constitutes implicit acceptance of any functional adjustments.
