Directed Reading Program at the University of Iowa:
The Directed Reading Program is a program where undergraduate math students work with graduate math students in an independent study project. Among other goals, this program seeks to involve undergraduates in the larger mathematical community, foster independent learning strategies, and develop mathematical communication skills.Â
Students who worked with me in the Directed Reading program:
Mathematical Music Theory with Justine Reschly-Krasowski, Fall 2020
Binomial Multiplicity Bound with Zachary Morris, Spring 2020
Partitions and Generating Functions with Max Herrmann, Fall 2019
GAUSS at the University of iowa:
The Graduate and Undergraduate Student Seminar is held weekly where students give talks about their research or about other math related topics to other graduate and undergraduate students. If you are interested in being included in the email list, please contact the Math Graduate Board.
