Phantasy Star IV:
Profound Distortion
Phantasy Star IV: Profound Disorder is a standalone executable file written in Python. The file should work fine on any windows PC. It has not been tested on MacOS or Linux, but in theory should work. If you are having issues, please visit me on Discord and let me know.

Items sell for 25% of their retail value (rather than the normal 50%).
Chests have a 1 in 6 chance of containing Meseta (rather than the normal 1 in 3).
Legendary Weapons are now only guaranteed to be 2 per seed.
If there are more than 2 types of weapons in a seed, each subsequent weapon has a 50% chance to be added into the game.
Elsydeon and Psycho-Wand are only considered guaranteed weapons if Chaz and Rune/Raja are in the seed.

Brose has been moved to the Hi-Level technique pool and has had its base power raised (more likely to hit).

In Ring-Hunt Mode, Talk option in menu is now replaced with "Ring", which does nothing but close and reopen the menu.
In Hunter's Mark Mode, Talk option in menu is now replaced with "Hunt", which opens the Hunter's Guild window from anywhere.
Hunter's Mark Mode now starts in the middle of Aiedo, exactly where Ring-Hunt Mode starts.
Soldier's Island fight now happens (and works this time) when you reach the top of Soldier's Island rather than after you leave the temple after obtaining the item.
Juza is now a Major Boss.
Gy-Laguiah is now a Minor Boss.
Juza's Force Flash base damage has been buffed by 55%. Juza now only uses Force Flash and Zan.
De-Vars no longer automatically counters magic with Disruptarm. Disruptarm is now a skill in 4 of its attack slots.
Sa-Lews no longer automatically counters attacks with Legeon. Legeon is now a skill in 2 of its attack slots (formerly two of the four Flaeli slots).
Iglanova no longer spawns mobs. It only attacks, but its attacks can cause paralysis.
