Dear Families of PS 195,
Dear Families of PS 195,
Welcome back and a great big welcome to all of our new families. To say the least, it has already been a challenging start. If you don’t know the PS 195 family yet, then you don’t know how strong we are. We have been through so much and have always come out on top. We have an amazing staff that cares so much about the children. They are not just a bunch of names on a teachers class list, they are children with feelings. The support that our staff and teachers give allows the children to develop their own ideas, express their feelings, take risks, make choices, and most of all, grow to be strong, thinking individuals. My name is Lori Casale and I am the Parent Coordinator at PS 195. I am here to assist parents in any way I can. I would like for parents to feel welcomed upon entering our school environment. I am here to improve communication, increase parent involvement and to help address parent concerns. I will be communicating all school information to all families through class tag, and partnering with and supporting the Parents Association.
