Includes popular fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, classics, Spanish and French books and National Geographic videos. You must have a Brooklyn Public Library card to access and you must know your pin.
BookFlix pairs classic fictional video storybooks from Weston Woods with nonfiction eBooks from Scholastic. (PreK - 3). You must have a Brooklyn Public Library card to access and you must know your pin.
Audible is a great resource that offers hundreds of audiobooks for all ages (Pre-K to Adult). There are books in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Japanese!
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s award-winning children’s literacy website, Storyline Online, streams videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books alongside creatively produced illustrations. Readers include Viola Davis, Chris Pine, Lily Tomlin, Kevin Costner, Annette Bening, James Earl Jones, Betty White and dozens more.
The New York City School Library System provides access to FREE e-books for students for educational purposes. Books are constantly added so check back every month for updated resources!
