Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements including interstitial ads, native ads, and app open ads. Google AdMob may automatically collect the following information:

Storage Access

The App may request access to your device storage to scan for and import game files. This data is accessed only when you explicitly initiate a folder scan or file import, processed locally on your device only, never uploaded to any server, and never shared with any third party.

Consent Data

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage your advertising consent preferences in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. We do not collect login credentials or account information. We do not collect payment or financial information. We do not collect precise GPS location data. We do not collect contacts, call logs, or calendar data. We do not collect camera, microphone, or audio data. We do not track your web browsing history.

How We Use Information

The information collected through the App is used for the following purposes:

• Advertising: To display advertisements within the App through Google AdMob

• App Functionality: To allow you to scan for and import game files from your device storage

• User Experience: To provide vibration feedback during controller interactions

• Consent Management: To manage your advertising consent preferences

Third-Party Services

Our App uses Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC, to serve advertisements. Google may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads. Google's use of advertising data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or through the consent dialog presented when you first use the App.

Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• INTERNET: Required for loading advertisements

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check network availability before loading ads

• VIBRATE: Provides haptic feedback when using controller buttons

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Allows scanning and importing game files from device storage

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13 and above): Allows access to game image files on newer Android versions

• READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13 and above): Allows access to game files on newer Android versions

All storage permissions are requested only at the moment you choose to scan a folder or import a file. They are never accessed in the background.

Data Retention

Advertising data is managed by Google AdMob according to Google's own data retention policies. Local data such as game files and app preferences remain on your device and are fully removed when you uninstall the App. We do not operate any servers and do not retain any user data remotely.

Data Security

All data processing for game file scanning occurs locally on your device. We do not transmit personal data to external servers. All ad network communications use secure HTTPS connections.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: Request information about data collected about you

• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your data

• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings

• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your advertising consent at any time

To opt out of personalized ads on Android, go to Settings, then Google, then Ads, and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization." You can also reset your advertising ID from the same menu.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
