About Me

Currently, I am working as a research associate at School of Engineering, Federation University on the project 'life-cycle assessment and carbon accounting of construction materials', funded under 'Innovation Connections Grant'. I also volunteered as a research assistant at Federation University in the project 'FE Analysis of novel PPE to retard the spread of viral infected droplets'.

Prior to this, I was working as a research assistant at Victoria University, Melbourne on the project “Developing VU into a green, sustainable, and climate-smart campus”, funded by Victoria University’s Planetary Health Initiative.

I received my dual Ph.D. degree from Deakin University (Australia) and Indian Institute of Technology Madras (India) in 2020. My areas of research include constitution and fracture modeling of high strain rate applications, numerical modeling of high-speed machining lightweight materials, sustainable machining, surface grinding.
