Playing music is just the start. This program helps you become a leader—in your band, in your school, and in your community. You’ll develop performance skills, soft skills like teamwork and networking, leadership skills at community events where people will look to you for guidance. We will help you to gain the confidence to fulfill these roles well.
Many of our members have found jobs in piping and drumming. Individuals in our team have found meaningful work performing, playing at weddings, or part-time work in the military. Others have been able to mobilize the pipe band community to support their career progression. With physicians, lawyers, engineers, software developers, faculty members, accountants, airline piolets and more all in the band, the opportunities for networking and mentorship are endless.
Finally, with piping and/or drumming on your resume, you will always stand out in interviews. The experiences that you will have as part of this organization, you will be able to speak with confidence and stand out among your peers.
