By downloading, installing, or using the ProWa mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Service.

ProWa grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ProWa or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Service.

The Service, including its visual components, design, and underlying code, is owned by ProWa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Service are vested in ProWa and remain the property of ProWa at all times.

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Service and will continue until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of the Service from your devices.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Turkey for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA.
