*For each extra hour of Marwan, the charge will be Tk.2,000 per hour.

*For each extra hour of our photographers/videographers/cinematographers, the charge will be Tk.3, 000 per hour.

*50% payment is required in advance while placing the booking.

*The rest of 50% is due on the day of the event.

*These packages are designed for SYLHET City only.

*For Events outside SYLHET, 30% of the total bill will be added.

*It may take around 10 working days to deliver all the soft copies if full payment is cleared.

*Clients themselves have to select the pictures to print and collect the photos.

*Once the pictures are selected it takes around 2 weeks to deliver the exclusively edited and printed pictures and 3 -4 weeks to deliver the edited video.

*For emergency reasons if someone needs the photos and videos before 4 weeks then the charge will be Tk. 2000 per event.

*ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE CLERARD AND ALL SOFT COPIES NEEDS TO BE COLLECTED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, if not collected then "প্রতিচ্ছবি Event Planner" will not take any responsibility of the footages.

*All Edited copies has to be collected within 3 months. After 3 months"প্রতিচ্ছবি Event Planner" will not be responsible for any data loss.
