My interest in crisis management started early when I participated in a police explorer program. During one simulation exercise, I saw firsthand how clear leadership and preparedness made the difference between chaos and control. That experience stuck with me, and as I pursued leadership and property management, I realized how vital crisis planning is—not just in law enforcement, but in everyday business operations.

With a passion for crisis management, property management, and leadership, I have sought to apply these skills in logistics coordination, risk assessment, and emergency response planning—particularly within luxury estate management and small business operations.

My work has centered on developing strategic crisis planning frameworks that empower businesses to stay resilient, proactive, and prepared for disruptions. This capstone project is designed to provide business owners and leaders with actionable solutions to safeguard their operations, protect employees, and ensure continuity during times of uncertainty.

Purpose of the Project

"Helping small business leaders build resilience through strategic crisis management."

This capstone project was developed to provide small business leaders with a practical, easy-to-implement framework for crisis management. Many businesses struggle with crisis response, financial planning, and operational continuity, leaving them vulnerable when unexpected disruptions arise.
