Modern day window cleaners do all their work from the safety of the ground, with vehicle mounted reach and wash systems.

Using reverse osmosis and deionisation technology tap water is purified removing all traces of dissolved minerals and impurities. This water is transported in our vehicle tanks and then pumped up telescopic poles with brush heads. Dirt is scrubbed from your frames, glass and sills, and the window is rinsed and left to dry naturally. As the water is pure it dries without leaving any marks.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning

A conservatory is a great addition to any home, but what about keeping it clean? The windows and doors will be included in your regular window cleaning price. The roof is a separate service and is charged at £3.50 per panel, with a minimum charge of £50.00 (price, per panel, is based on one clean a year and may be reduced for more regular cleaning arrangements)

How often should it be done? This will vary from house to house, we recommend:

  • Plastic roof panels 1-2 cleans a year.
  • Glass roof panel 2-4 cleans a year.

Soffit & Fascia Cleaning

These days many houses have had their fascia and sofits replaced with white uPVC roofline systems. Over time these can turn green and black as dirt and algae build up from rainwater. Keeping them clean is easy with our reach and wash systems and if done on a regular basis will help prevent discolouring of the uPVC. Included in the price are the fascia and soffit boards and also the outer plastic of the guttering.

  • Recommended every 1-2 years.

Gutter Clearing

The leading cause of damp in the home is blocked guttering. Gutters should be cleared out once a year to prevent the build up of leaves, moss and other debris.

By using a powerful vacuum we are able to clear your gutters from the ground and reach around difficult angles and heights, that a ladder can not. All the waste is sucked out of the guttering, drainpipes and drains into the machine, meaning there is no mess to clear up at the end.

The waste is placed either on your compost heap or into your garden waste wheelie bin. If you have neither of these we will remove the waste from your property.
