This Data Privacy Notice describes how PROSPER STORAGE Developer (“we,” “our,” or “Developer”) handles information in connection with its PDF reader and document utility application (“Application”).
The Application is designed primarily to open and process documents on the user’s device. By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described below.
1. Information the Application May Access
User-selected documents
The Application may access PDF files, images, and other supported documents selected by you. This access is necessary to provide features such as:
- Opening and displaying documents.
- Searching within PDF files.
- Creating bookmarks or saving reading progress.
- Renaming, sorting, moving, or exporting files.
- Scanning paper documents using the camera.
- Printing or sharing documents through Android services.
Documents are normally processed locally. PROSPER STORAGE Developer does not routinely upload or store the contents of your private documents on its servers.
If you choose to share or export a document to another application, website, or person, the destination selected by you will receive that document.
Permission information
The Application may request access to:
- Files, media, or storage.
- Camera, when a scanning feature is used.
- Notifications, when document or Application notices are enabled.
- Network connectivity for advertising, analytics, updates, and security functions.
Permissions may be disabled through the device settings. Disabling a permission can prevent the related feature from operating.
Operational and diagnostic data
The Application or integrated service providers may process technical information, including:
- Device category, manufacturer, and model.
- Android version and Application version.
- Language, time zone, and general region.
- Screen configuration and performance characteristics.
- IP address and network status.
- Installation and update information.
- Features accessed and buttons or screens used.
- Session duration and general interaction events.
- Crash reports, error messages, and performance logs.
- Advertising ID or another resettable device identifier.
This information is used for technical, analytical, advertising, security, and product-improvement purposes. Diagnostic data does not ordinarily contain the contents of documents stored on your device.
Information you provide
When you send an email to the Developer, we may process your email address, message, and any technical details or attachments you choose to include.
Do not send sensitive documents unless they are necessary for your support request. When possible, remove names, signatures, account numbers, and other confidential information before sending an attachment.
2. Why Information Is Used
Information may be processed to:
- Operate the PDF viewing and document-management functions.
- Maintain reading preferences and local Application settings.
- Identify and resolve crashes or compatibility problems.
- Understand which features are generally useful.
- Improve speed, reliability, accessibility, and design.
- Prevent fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Deliver and measure advertisements.
- Respond to support inquiries.
- Meet legal obligations and defend legal rights.
The Developer does not use the private contents of locally stored PDF files to create advertising profiles.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Technology
The Application may be supported by advertising and may use third-party technology such as Google Play Services, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.
These providers may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, Application interactions, ad impressions, approximate region, and diagnostic events.
Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies. Google’s privacy information is available at:

Where consent is legally required, the Application will provide an appropriate choice before using information for personalized advertising. You may also manage advertising preferences through Android or your Google account.
4. Disclosure of Information
Limited information may be disclosed:
- To analytics, advertising, security, hosting, and crash-reporting providers.
- To Google services supporting Application distribution and functionality.
- When required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.
- When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To advisers helping protect or enforce the Developer’s legal rights.
- In connection with a lawful transfer, merger, or reorganization of the Application.
We do not sell the contents of user documents. We also do not authorize service providers to access documents stored locally unless the user initiates a feature that requires such a transfer.
5. Data Stored on Your Device
The Application may locally store:
- Recently opened document references.
- Reading positions and bookmarks.
- Display preferences.
- Thumbnails and temporary cache files.
- Scanned or exported documents.
- Application configuration information.
You can generally remove this information by deleting the relevant files, clearing the Application’s storage, or uninstalling the Application.
Documents saved outside the Application’s private storage may remain on the device after uninstallation. Such files must be deleted separately using a file manager or another document application.
6. Retention and Deletion
Locally stored documents remain under your control and are retained until you delete them.
Other information is handled as follows:
- Technical-support communications may be retained for up to 24 months.
- Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to the configured periods of the applicable service provider.
- Security records may be retained while reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect the Application.
- Legally required information may be preserved for the relevant statutory period.
- Aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual may be retained for statistical purposes.
The Application does not require the creation of a user account. Therefore, there is normally no online Application account to close.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information held directly by the Developer by contacting jacksonerfkh@gmail.com.
7. Security Measures
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. These may include encrypted network transmission, restricted provider access, data minimization, and security monitoring.
Nevertheless, no device or electronic system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, choosing secure sharing destinations, and maintaining backups of important documents.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request:
- Confirmation of whether we hold your personal information.
- Access to eligible information.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of information.
- Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
- Withdrawal of consent.
- Information about relevant third-party recipients.

You may also control permissions, notifications, and advertising settings directly through your device.
9. Children’s Information
The Application is offered to a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13 or the minimum age established by local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request its removal.
10. International Service Providers
Some service providers may process technical information outside your country. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, reasonable safeguards will be applied to international transfers.
11. External Destinations
Advertisements, sharing tools, or links in the Application may direct you to third-party services. The Developer does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Review the relevant third-party policy before submitting information or transferring a document.
12. Updates to This Notice
We may revise this notice when Application functions, integrated SDKs, legal requirements, or information practices change.
The effective date at the beginning of the notice will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or another appropriate method where required.
