PRIVACY POLICY FOR PROSPER LIFE

Prosper Life Spiritual (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides the Prosper Life mobile application. This policy explains how the application collects, uses, protects and deletes information.
Information we collect
When a member creates or uses an account, we may collect the member’s name, address, mobile number, email address, gender, login identifier, customer identifier, assigned representative, account status, trial/subscription dates, activation-key history, app version, login/activity records and a device identifier. Passwords and session information are used for authentication.
How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, personalise supported prayer text, provide spiritual-session features, manage trials and subscriptions, assign support representatives, prevent misuse, provide customer support, generate authorised administrative reports and maintain app security and reliability.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with independent advertisers. Information is processed through the Prosper Life backend hosted using Google services, including Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, only as needed to operate the application. Google’s processing is also governed by its applicable terms and policies.
Security
The application communicates with its backend using encrypted HTTPS connections and disables cleartext network traffic. We use account authentication and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data retention
We retain account information while needed to operate the account and for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, support and record-keeping purposes. After an approved deletion request, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymised unless retention is necessary for a legitimate legal or security reason.
Account deletion
Members may request account deletion inside Prosper Life by opening Help and selecting Request Account Deletion. Users who cannot access the app may request deletion through the public account-deletion page or email vandanshreeram@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
Children
Prosper Life is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Spiritual and medical disclaimer
Prosper Life supports religious and spiritual practice. It does not guarantee any spiritual, physical, emotional, medical, financial or personal outcome. It is not a substitute for medical care, professional advice or emergency assistance.
Changes
We may update this policy as the application or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at the privacy-policy URL used in Google Play.
