Prepare for Camp

We are a nut free camp.  Please ensure your campers do not pack any items that could harm other campers.

This years camp is also SESAME SEED FREE. Please ensure your camper does not bring anything with sesame seeds to camp. 

If your camper has any anaphylactic  allergies, please have them carry their epipen on a belt around their person.  You are also welcome to leave an extra labeled epipen with the teachers.

Please equip your campers with hats and sunscreen.  This will make the outdoors more enjoyable while preventing heat and sun related issues. 

Our schedule is filled with activity and proper hydration is important.  We will provide plenty of water breaks. 

There are several refill stations at our facility.  Your camper will need to pack a refillable water bottle.  

Camp T-shirts are included in your fee and will be provided to your camper on day 1.  Campers are encouraged to wear these shirts each day as it helps identify them as part of our group.  

Please have the campers dress for the weather.  We will be outdoors quite a bit so comfort will be important.  Shorts, socks and running shoes are encouraged. 

We may also be visiting a splash pad after day 1 so there may be days we will request you pack a bathing suit and towel for your camper.  

The fun doesn't end at sports. We will have optional theme days as well. Crazy hair day, Jersey day, Superhero day, Moustache day are just some ideas. We will communicate a theme day schedule with you prior to camp.
