ProSound Equalizer is an audio enhancement app that lets users play and enhance music with equalizer and sound-processing features. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

This Policy applies to the ProSound Equalizer iOS app and related in-app purchase flows. It applies when you use app features, import audio, play audio, and purchase subscriptions or lifetime access.

Audio and library access data: song metadata required to display and play your selected content.
Local app data: EQ settings, presets, selected theme, imported track references, and playback preferences.

Media/File permissions are requested only for features you initiate (such as importing or playing music). If access is denied, some features may be limited. The app uses background audio mode so playback can continue while the app is in background or the screen is locked.

Payments, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and policies.

We share data only with essential service providers required to operate purchases and entitlements, such as Apple and RevenueCat. We do not sell, rent, or broker personal data to advertisers.
Some processing partners may operate globally. Where required, they apply lawful transfer mechanisms under their own compliance frameworks.
Local settings and imported file references remain on your device until you delete them, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Billing and transaction records are retained by Apple and relevant processors under their policies.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or clarification regarding personal data we control. You may also revoke media/file access from iOS Settings at any time.
This app is not intentionally directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
