How to Register for the Preconference

Step 1: Complete the Pre-registration Survey (please click here)

Step 2: Register for the EASP General Meeting via the conference portal (https://easp2026strasbourg.com/)

During the registration process, please:

• select the option indicating that you will attend a preconference

• pay the additional preconference participation fee (€60)

This fee is charged in addition to the General Meeting registration fee and any other selected options.

Important Notes

• Participants may register for only one preconference

• All participants are expected to attend in person
