When the EEOC made the unconscionable decision to abandon my case after settling with 23 Intervenor Plaintiffs, and two law firms—whose duty it was to zealously advocate—collaborated with the court and defendants, only to mismanage and ultimately abandon my litigation, I knew that surrender was never an option.
