Welcome to proRadar. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the proRadar mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

proRadar is a navigation and driver assistance application that provides map services, speed camera alerts, road hazard notifications, route guidance, and other location-based features. The App is intended to assist drivers but should never replace safe driving practices or compliance with applicable traffic laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using proRadar, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using proRadar, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

• Keep full attention on the road while driving.

• Use the App in a manner that does not endanger yourself or others.

• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its services.

You are solely responsible for your actions while using the App.

4. Safety Disclaimer

The information provided by proRadar is intended for informational and assistance purposes only.

Speed camera locations, traffic conditions, road hazards, speed limits, and other information may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

You must always obey traffic laws, posted road signs, and instructions from law enforcement authorities regardless of any information displayed by the App.

LoodusLab shall not be liable for any accidents, fines, penalties, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from reliance on the App.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of proRadar require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

All billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other content, is owned by LoodusLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the App unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

• Use automated tools to access the App.

• Copy, scrape, or extract data from the App.

• Circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. Third-Party Services

proRadar integrates services provided by third parties, including but not limited to Firebase, Adjust, Mapbox, and Adapty.

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoodusLab disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoodusLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Privacy

Your use of proRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication within the App or through the App Store. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which LoodusLab operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
