The core functionality of Pro Print Studio—including document scanning, PDF generation, image editing, color replacement, and background removal—is performed entirely locally on your physical device. We do not transmit, harvest, upload, or store your personal documents, photos, or PDFs on any external servers. Your files remain strictly yours and stay safely on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them using your operating system's native sharing capabilities.
3. Third-Party Services
While we do not collect personal data on our own servers, the App integrates standard third-party services that may collect information to serve advertisements or ensure the software functions correctly.
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements to keep the app free. AdMob may collect and use data (such as Android Advertising IDs, device IP addresses, and interaction metrics) to provide relevant ads. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at Google's Privacy & Terms.
Google ML Kit: We use ML Kit for advanced on-device document scanning and smart background segmentation. While the visual processing happens locally on your phone, the Google SDK may collect diagnostic metrics and crash logs to maintain and improve their APIs.

To function properly, Pro Print Studio will request the following device permissions:
Camera: Required exclusively for you to capture photos of physical documents and use the live scanning features.
Storage / Media: Required to import your existing images or PDFs into the canvas editor, and to save your final processed documents and grids back to your device's local gallery or file system.
5. Security
We value your trust in using our App. Because your files never leave your device, the security of your documents inherently relies on the security measures of your Android operating system. We highly recommend keeping your device updated and secured with a PIN, password, or biometric lock to protect your local files.
6. Children's Privacy
Pro Print Studio does not target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
