Trehan Iris, a luxury commercial project with air conditioning throughout, was constructed at Ecotech 12, Greater Noida West, by Trehan Iris Builder. The property is situated on a 130-meter road that connects Noida and Greater Noida by passing through Gaur City. This project is entirely commercial in nature, and building got underway in June 2022.
Retail stores, food courts, eateries, hotels, event halls, and office spaces are all part of the project. The bottom level of the five-story retail building will include two levels of parking for cars, and the seventh through nineteenth floors will house offices and a hotel.
In the past three years, two commercial initiatives have been started in this area, this being one of them.

"FCD Vietnam" is a facade consultant.

Trehan Iris Broadway Greno West features 86 square feet of living space, and prices start from 15 Lac. The project includes a food court, restaurant, work zone, retail area, entertainment zone, studio apartments, office spaces, and a number of other amenities on land. It also includes Iris Broadway Retail Space. Visitors will discover that Trehan Iris Broadway, Greater Noida West, is developed with their enjoyment in mind. A large greeting space, part of the project's infrastructure, gives guests of the building a positive first impression. Each floor's interior is completely lit by natural light, and there is a great deal of flexibility in how each floor is divided.
Trehan Iris Broadway offers a variety of amenities, including a power backup system, a gym, and many more attractions. Over 25,000 square feet of excitement and adventure await you. Every day of the week, the facility provides round-the-clock security. The placement plan states that the units are between 300 and 598.0 square feet in size. There is also access to the landscape garden park, the multipurpose room, and other amenities.
