Privacy Policy — Walkup - Property Manager

This privacy policy applies to the Walkup - Property Manager app (“the app”), developed by Daniel Kallif.

Summary

Walkup - Property Manager does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything you enter — buildings, apartments, tenants, rent, payments, expenses, vendors, and any files you view through the app — stays stored locally on your own device. Nothing is sent to us, to advertisers, or to any third party.

What information the app stores

The app stores the information you choose to enter while using it, which may include:

• Property and building details (names, addresses, registration numbers)

• Apartment and lease information

• Tenant names and contact details you enter

• Rent amounts, payment records, and account balances

• Maintenance requests and vendor contact information

• Expense records

• Lease documents and other files you attach within the app

All of this information is stored only in the app’s private storage area on your own iPad. We do not operate a server, database, or cloud service that receives or stores this information.

What we do not do

• We do not collect analytics or usage data

• We do not use advertising or advertising identifiers

• We do not use third-party tracking of any kind

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in

• We do not have access to any data you enter — we have no server that receives it

• We do not sell or share your data, because we never receive it in the first place

When data leaves your device

Data only leaves your device if you take a deliberate action to send it, such as:

• Using Export Backup to save a backup file, which you then choose where to store or send

• Using the iOS share sheet to send a generated PDF (a rent statement, notice, or report) to another app, email, or contact of your choosing

In both cases, you control the destination — the app itself does not send this information anywhere on its own.

Data retention and deletion

Since all data is stored only on your device:

• You can delete individual records (buildings, tenants, payments, etc.) at any time within the app

• You can erase all app data at once using Reset all data in Settings

• Deleting the app from your device permanently deletes all of its stored data

Children’s privacy

This app is a business tool for property owners and managers. It is not directed at, marketed to, or knowingly used by children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
